WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS?

We offer various shipping options. In some cases a third-party supplier may be managing our inventory and will be responsible for shipping your products.

For EU and UK consumers: This does not affect your statutory rights. Unless specifically noted, estimated delivery times reflect the earliest available delivery, and  deliveries will be made within 30 days after the day we accept your order. For more information please refer to our Terms.

We would like to inform you that the shipping charges shown up are very rough estimates. The calculation of shipping charges depends on a number of factors, including the type of product, the country of destination, the condition of the carrier, and the weight of the package. In order to avoid having a shipment charged at a flat rate that may be excessive, we prefer to evaluate the cost on a case-by-case basis. Therefore, when you enter your address in the shopping cart, you will see: 1. The exact price of the shipment. 2. An estimate of the shipping date. 3. Any different types of shipping available (express, standard, etc.), calculated exactly for your order. Our intention is to offer complete transparency, with no surprises. We also try, in addition, to produce as close to the destination country as possible to avoid excessive shipping costs or customs fees. We also inform you that there may be promotions on shipping charges, which you will be assured of during checkout. We remind you that you can abandon the cart at any time. Calculating shipping charges in no way obligates you to make a purchase. Our goal is to ensure maximum customer satisfaction with clear, accurate shipping service and no hidden costs.

We offer worldwide shipping. Free shipping is not valid on international orders.

ARE THERE OTHER SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS?

Product Manufacturing Note Our products are generally manufactured as close as possible to the destination country. However, there are rare instances where certain items, such as bags, baseball caps, and aprons, are produced exclusively in Europe. This is clearly indicated in the product description. Please note that for these specific products sold in non-EU territories, customs duties may be applied, which are entirely beyond our control.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?

If delivery is delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.

ENVIRONMENTALLY FRIENDLY SHIPPING

We are a Europe-based store, but thanks to an advanced ecological system, each T-shirt, hoodie, mug, and tote bag is produced and shipped from the country, and in some cases, the specific location, closest to the customer’s address anywhere in the world. This minimizes unnecessary transportation costs, customs fees, and pollution while ensuring the fastest and most economical delivery possible.
