How We Ship
We proudly ship worldwide. To minimize emissions, fees, and delays, your order is produced and shipped from the location closest to your delivery address—this may be in Europe, North America, or other regions. The countries where production occurs are clearly listed in each product’s description.
In rare cases, a product might ship from the nearest available production facility even if it’s in another country. When that happens, customs duties may apply, depending on your country’s laws. Please note that some items are produced exclusively in Europe and may be subject to import charges if shipped outside the EU. Unfortunately, we can’t calculate or cover those costs.
Certain specialty items (like knives) are shipped by third parties and are not included in this policy. In those cases, all delivery responsibility lies with the supplier (e.g. M-Stein), and full shipping details are provided in the product description.
Delivery Times
Your order is custom-made for you, and that takes a little extra time. Most products are delivered within 7–15 business days, depending on your location. Estimated delivery times are shown during checkout once you’ve entered your address. Tracking links are always provided—even for standard shipping.
Shipping Costs
Shipping fees vary depending on the product and destination. The exact amount is calculated at checkout after you enter your delivery address. This system ensures you get the most accurate rate possible, based on where the product is made and shipped from.
Returns & Issues
All products are made-to-order and personalized, so we do not accept returns. However, if something goes wrong with your order, we’re always here to help. Just contact us and we’ll do our best to make things right.
